Mission

Our mission at GPES is to provide a high quality education that promotes the skills and attributes each pupil needs whilst embracing the British principles of global readiness and educational excellence. At the same time, we strive to contextualize pupils’ learning through the committed use of authentic assessments to enable them to use and apply their skills and knowledge in real life settings. We are determined to provide our pupils with diverse opportunities to foster a healthy environment where they develop their skills and talents to make a positive difference in their future.

Core Values

Honesty & Respect The principles of honesty and mutual respect are the foundation for our professional relationships which extends to our local and global community. We respect, support, care and value each member of our school community and collaboratively work to ensure that our commitment to honesty is reflected in our academic work.
Responsibility We are responsible for the success of students, support of each other, and support of our community. GPES teachers are dedicated to provide a life time learning experience every day. Students are encouraged to learn how to be responsible for their own learning, to be thinkers, communicators, balanced, risk-takers and open mindedness.
Understanding Is the compassion, learning, commitment, respect, and trust needed to understand ourselves and others to thrive in a complex world. I understand.
Identity Is the nurturing of the individual within a multicultural context, providing a platform for self-expression and awareness as empowered international citizens. I belong.
